"Axis Management" is not a member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents, and we have found it to be a company that has no idea of how to behave as a service-provider for the residents of an estate. No one at Axis Management even knows how to run a meeting professionally, nor even what meeting procedure requires. Axis Management is simply not up to the job. Avoid. Make sure you employ an agent that has impressed residents, and which is a member of ARMA.
