90 minute sessions £55 fortnightly
(£440 for eight sessions / four month private coaching course)

Life coaching is for the purpose of moving forward and welcoming positive and helpful change into your life, along with lasting personal transformation. The type of coaching I provide, seeks to work through potential self-imposed blocks from the past and offer you a guided route to your authentic and powerful self. This stance acts as a catalyst for you to come to know yourself better. I utilise my psychotherapy training along with cutting edge, modern psychology models and theories, in addition to a motivational coaching approach, to bring together a unique form of self-development work.

This initial course of psychology coaching comprises of eight sessions, fortnightly, covering a four month period. You will receive a booklet at the outset, which details the ideas, theories and techniques we will cover during your explorations with me. My coaching style is interactive, person led, but highly structured during the course. I offer a warm collaborative space for investigating your past in order to accelerate your growth in the present. A guided meditation is offered in each session and is tailored to your new discoveries, at the end of each coaching session, you'll also receive homework tasks and ideas for further contemplation. This material and your insights are reviewed at the start of each new meeting. After your course you will have time to integrate and ground these strategies into your life, before returning for any ad hoc sessions, if you so wish to continue your development with me.

A counselling session opens a space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe and confidential way. My psychotherapy approach is integrative, which means that I may be pulling in ideas and techniques from a number of different psychology theories and models. However, for the most part, I use a Jungian framework, which sees the psyche as ultimately, always wanting to reach a space of wholeness. You do not need to attend any other session before-hand because this is a non-directive, yet collaborative therapy, without any specific desired outcome. Instead it's a place for you to feel supported and held in your explorations with your own deeper self.

Counselling sessions are always one hour and centre around what you bring each time to discuss. From this point, I may suggest looking at a dream, or I may ask if you want to revisit any memories, situations, or dreams that you bring up. Ultimately you are always in control of things. Active imagination is a useful Jungian technique which can allow us to move back into a dreaming space and see what comes up. Often working in these ways can be very healing and self-soothing, as you get in touch with your own guiding voice.

As a therapist I believe in your ability to heal yourself, and that you already have what you need inside. However sometimes we can become lost, or cut off, even from ourselves. My reasons for studying with a largely Jungian based framework, is because I feel it's a holistic approach in terms of helping you to tap into your own creative material. The guidance we seek is not always so easily available on the surface, hence welcoming the deeper layers to arise.

In this way, I offer both long and short term therapy. If you feel this is something you are interested in, then you can come for an initial consultation at a reduced rate.

If you're interested to learn more about Jungian therapy, then some books from Carl Jung, or Anthony Stephens may be inspiring to you. One of Jung's famous quotes has always encouraged me toward my own healing journey. He said "Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."
