Mindfulness Teaching & Executive Coaching

As a coach and mindfulness teacher, I work with people who want to transform their working world.

Mindfulness is choosing to pay attention to the present moment with an attitude of openness, curiosity and non-judgment. This means purposefully bringing awareness moment-by-moment to what is unfolding in our lives right now. This may seem like an odd thing to do, but through my own daily practice, I have found that mindfulness helps me to focus, handle stressful events in a more constructive way and enjoy pleasant moments that could otherwise flit by unnoticed.

I offer mindfulness classes both to the general public and to organisations (generally in London and Croydon) as well as running classes online. I also develop and facilitate bespoke mindful leadership training programmes to suit the individual requirements of organisations. I coach individuals who are seeking to bring their authentic self to the forefront of their career. I help my clients define their personal principles and identify what inspires, excites and motivates them. People typically come to me in the midst of transition or when they realise the need for change. They tend to be curious about themselves and the impact they have on others. Working with me, they become more present, bold, resilient and creative.
