My nan has cancer and the doctor has wrote a letter explaining she cannot go away and you have answered the phone to an elderly sick lady. Passing her to 7 operators then putting the phone down. I will reporting this to the newspaper and shaming you from making her feel ill whilst trying to get better. You should be shut down!
