A bad experience
A very bad experience with this company. I ordered a bespoke piece of furniture from them with a 9-10 week delivery. After 6 months of ignoring my e-mails, or excuses, I decided to cancel and requested a refund of my £200+ deposit. After a further 3 weeks and several e-mails I am still waiting for my money.
