As well as a 75-station state-of-the-art gym and its two swimming pools in which our award-winning swimming lessons are hosted theres also plenty of other things to do here. You can also unwind in our sauna, steam room and spa, take advantage of the four-court sports hall and have a game of badminton or table tennis and enjoy a huge range of different group exercise sessions. Childcares not an issue, either, thanks to our superb creche facilities.
