what a waste of space
why put a chemist called boots in collier row. they are the most useless lot of inexperienced staff,with nil personality,that keeps customers waiting without any remorse for unbelievable minutes,i was waiting to be served for 35 minutes and there was only 2 other unhappy customers in front of me,absolutely terrible customer service, everytime i go to this chemist ,theres always customers moaning about the treatment they recieve, staff have nil personality. i have now changed chemists ,so i wont have to worry that my monthly prescription will not be there for me
