No one to receive us for a 10 am collection ,which an extra fee was to be added. The business owners friend turned up at 10:45 and did the best he could. Front near side tire had a large chunk missing out of the tire wall that they were happy for us to leave with. We objected and the tire was replaced. The car was presented in a dirty condition inside and out . We was offered a refund on the cleaning cost if we got it done ourselves. The passenger side door was very difficult if not impossible to close from the inside and outside assistance was required to close it due to the door having dropped. Once on the move there was warning light on the dash , service required and intermittent indicator failure warnings. Then we found that the car had got an hurrendous speed wobble at any speed above 50mph. The car was planned to be hired for the weekend , the car was returned the very next day. It was all very disappointing. On a positive not the car looked very good when cleaned , exhaust note sounded very good and it returned 40 mpg mainly motorway driving which I thought was good for a 3.6 ltr car

Very Professional Service
