Fitting excellent but be prepared for earlier than agreed or say no.. mine was 4 hours early. Instore was misslead about door hatch, I asked if hatch door would be same as shown and was told yes.( Though 'salesman' knew nothing and just took my details to pass on) He did not mention that it was extra £49 for 1 piece of thin MDF. Advice buy your own door. Fittings and lock comes with ladder anyway!!!
