About Us
Better Removals and Storage Ltd based in Harlow Chelmsford and Brentwood, Essex, is a family owned family run business that has been established for 30 years specialising in house removals and secure storage. Our Staff are fully trained, uniformed, prompt and reliable. Our rates on removals and storage are very competitive and we travel any distance. We also offer a piano Removal Service, and complete a fortnightly run to Spain.

bad service & false advertising
this firm failed to re-deliver the items from storage on the specified day, delivering some 18hrs later resulting in my loss of 2 days pay. plus a box of kitchen items worth approx £50 failed to be delivered. Now 10 days later they are not answering my e-mails & have failed to offer any compensation for either, in fact they have been very unhelpful & rather rude. They also insisted on cash 4-5 days in advance of the job, but they advertise 'payment on compleation' The van they sent was to small for the job & many items were thrown in the front or left for me to place in my car, when checking cuboards items were left in them. I have handed the matter to a solicitor.so I don't recommend this firm to anyone
