Staff are not helpful
No customer service whatsoever at this store. I walked in and no one asked if I needed any help until much later. I could have helped myself but the items I needed was at the top so would need a member of staff to use a ladder. I finally got asked if I needed help. But the service wasn't much, I asked a question and I was ignored. My items were placed in a bag and the bag was just left on the counter not handed over to me. It's a shame that this is the only shop to purchase my child's school uniform cause I really do not want to return to this store again.
