The Railway Tavern is situated in the heart of Kelvedon, Colchester, Essex. Barry and Sue Hatton have been the licensees for the past twenty years and have built up a successful mix of tradition and modernity. At the Tavern you will find a great range of real ales, wines & spirits to compliment an extensive food menu.
The Tavern has plenty of facilities including a large car park, a 42 seat restaurant, cosy snug room and main bars.
A great feature of the Tavern is its riverfront location and al fresco eating areas. The river Blackwater is full of wildlife and the water is as clear as the beer.
