I thought Thermoglaze manufacturing mainly concentrate on commercial windows and glazing, so we were concerned we would be overlooked. However, the office manager Carmen took good care of us and our Bi fold doors came out perfectly thanks to her and her team.

Thermoglaze UK invited us to their Essex based factory in order to discuss the potential order of a new shop front and aluminium window system for the flats we are building above. The factory is professional and the products being turned out look very high end. We are yet to receive the order, but first impressions are very good!

After making the initial inquiry, the Thermoglaze installation team were quick to visit and provide an estimate, which was very competitive price-wise and good value for money, fitting top quality windows. They even cleared up afterwards and took away the old windows too. Thank you very much.

I just recently had old double glazed Windows replaced. I have used the company before at my previous address. Got cheaper quotes but due to my satisfaction with them before did not mind paying that little bit extra.The installers arrived on time and made sure that they left the place clean and tidy. They did a wonderful job - arrived on time, were polite, professional and cleared up after themselves (even polishing the new glass after fitting!), all for a very reasonable price. This company changed over our old conservatory roof for a new one. A few minor issues that were resolved by their office, but the work went well and most of all the work is quality. 7/10 would have been 10/10 but the skip killed some grass.

Solid Roof

Thermoglaze installed a solid roof on my conservatory. They were thorough and very professional throughout and gave myself and my family lots of help and assistance. Thank you all. From the initial sales chat and quotation from Bill, through the survey process and the installation team doing their job very efficiently, I have no complaints and can offer solid praise for the quality of our dealings with Thermoglaze. We needed to replace 12 years old windows and doors and got good advice as to efficiency and styling and are extremely pleased with the finished result. Our home is much lighter and (although early days in winter yet) much cosier. Would willingly recommend.

Quote was very competitive. Turned up at agreed times and completed work in good time to a very high standard. Despite having old double-glazing units ripped out, there was no repairs for me to do to the internal decorations or plaster whatsoever. I would highly recommend Therm ‘O’ Glaze and wouldn't hesitate in offering them work in the future.

We saw the news paper advert and were intrigued I must say. The UK's most advanced window? A+33 rating when others are no where near. Why have the big boys not caught up? Is it double the cost? It's easily explained now, mid size company without a major sales force, manufacture and fit their own design, clearly have the best product and sell it at almost the same price. Excellent.

Being the second time of using, i really cant fault Thermoglaze UK. The whole process from choosing a window to installation was complete within a month. The day of installation must have been quicker than a kwik fit fitter as the window was installed in less than an hour. Very happy customer.

We decided to get our soffits, barge boards, drain pipes and gutters replaced. Nikki was very professional and gave us her best price straight away (which we accepted after other quotations). The job started on time and although it took slightly longer than expected, they did a great job. This included doing an extra job to stabilise our porch roof structure which had deteriorated substantially. We couldn't have asked for better Tradesmen. They were professional, friendly, sociable and took great care of our property.

Security conscious, we opted for the ThermoGlaze UK window because of its high security locks and mega sting hinge. Other Windows have little shoot up bolts, ours have full interlocking blades. Made by Yale, these are the best about. Special thanks to Nikki in the office for all the information she sent out, and for taking our after care calls. At our age it's easy to loose things and we were kindly sent two lots of everything on our request. Best regards
