Disgusting Tactics
Firm employed by Energy companies (NPower, British Gas, EDF) to collect debts from customers. Only these people seem to chase innocent people with no outstanding amounts owing! In many cases, people are being harassed for nothing more than simple meter readings and meter inspections. They use bullying tactics and illegal methods (it is illegal to try to collect debts that are non-existent) to harass customers of energy suppliers. A quick search on google will tell you all you need to know about the disgusting and unlawful tactics of this firm.
