About Barbara

Barbara started her career in Coaching and Training after graduating in Human Psychology. She worked with Blue Chip organisations such as Nestle and Duracell where she developed her IT and training skills working on help desks and in customer care. In 1994 Barbara left employment and formed her own training company, working with a range of direct clients and associates across London and the south east.

By 2000 Barbara was increasingly working in the Coaching environment. She completed the Diploma in Corporate and Executive Coaching with a distinction, from the Coaching Academy in 2008. Since that time Barbara has worked with a wide variety of clients, helping them to achieve goals they were unable to achieve on their own. She now specialises in working in a number of niche markets, including Business Start Up, Career Planning for young people, Change in the Workplace and Retirement Planning.
