WARNING - Failed to turn up on wedding day
WARNING - Failed to turn up on wedding day. they failed to attempt to provide a replacement vehicle as stated in their terms and conditions. They have refused to cover the additional costs of hiring last minute alternative cover. Had to chase them for the refund & they sent me a bad cheque. I spoke to the owner. He said his clients should take out insurance to cover the possibility that they will fail to turn up on the day - totally mental! From reading other reviews i have seen that they pulled this exact same stunt on someone else. AVOID LIKE THE CLAP!!
