Very stressful times

Paid up front for rental on a suit. Had come over fromAustralia for my Mum's funeral, which Dickies were aware of. Picked the suit up. I should have insisted on trying it on before leaving the shop. I didn't. When I took the suit out of the cover it was unwearable. The hems for the cuffs and trousers had been tacked very poorly and not pressed and so they were all puckered up and just looked terrible. The entire suit needed pressing. Even someone that is not particularly bothered by their appearance would have felt like a poor relation wearing it. And I certainly wasn't wearing to my Mum's funeral. Worst part was I didn't have time to go back to Dickies before the funeral. When I returned the suit there was no apology whatsoever and they refused to refund all or any part of my money! The female owner of the store is a really cold, nasty sort of person to deal with. Do yourself a favour and a more deserving business and take your business elsewhere.
