I had an awful time with this company and am writing this so no one has to go through what I did. I flew over from Australia for my Mum's funeral. Dickies were aware of this. When I got the suit back to my Dad's I couldn't believe the state of it. The sleeve and trouser hems had been turned up very poorly to the point the cuffs looked liked they may not stay up at all. The whole suit needed pressing. And in the front of the trousers, right where you no what hangs, there was a stain! Gross, from the previous wearer? I did not have time to take the suit back to Dickies before the funeral which lead to a lot of stress when all I wanted to be doing was grieving with my family. Luckily some good friends helped me out or I really would have been stuck. When I returned the suit I was refused a refund and was given no apology whatsoever.
