Best Indian Restaurant and Bar in town. Goa Spice of life is unique in that it is the only specialist Goanese restaurant in the Brighton area. Alongside the more traditional Indian dishes we also pride ourselves in our Goan cuisine which has a greater use of coconut milk and particular blends of spices. Goan cuisine was influenced by the Portuguese with dishes like Peri-Peri, Caldine, Balchao and of course the famous Goan Vindaloo (Vindal hao) to name but a few.
