low-quality, rushed and Unfinished
I am extremely disappointed with the low-quality, rushed, and unfinished job, especially considering the amount of money I paid (345GBP - after a discount for immediate booking). I booked an End of Tenancy clean through www.cleaningbrighton.com(who have the same Brighton telephone number, and confirmed they are the same company as Brighton Fantastic Cleaners). Although more expensive than other quotes I received, I chose this company because they appeared professional and promised me EVERYTHING I wanted: a full "deep-clean" of 2 bedroom house, with exterior window cleaning, sofa and matress steam-cleaning, carpet cleaning, and oven cleaning). Unfortunately, I was appalled at the low quality of the clean. They just didn't finish cleaning the house, and completely ignored the fact that I'd paid extra to have the exterior of the windows cleaned, and had specifically requested oven cleaning. The rest of the work was rushed and shoddy. For instance, the kitchen floor had been washed, but there was an inch of grease left around the edge of it, and 2 inches under the radiator. Another example: although I paid extra to have the carpets in the bedrooms steam-cleaned, they didn't even bother to vacuum under the beds! There was loads of dust there, as well as dust and dirt along the skirting boards. One room (the attic conversion) they claimed they couldn't access - it has a spiral staircase, but there is no reason why this should have stopped them. I was not able to get a refund for the money I paid for this room, despite repeated requests by email. They obviously hadn't sent enough cleaning staff and hadn't allowed enough time for the cleaning work that they promised to undertake. After a protracted email agrument about what services I had paid for (in which they claimed that the phrase "1 window per room" meant 1 window in 1 room only - *sigh*), they returned to the house to supposedly complete the long list of unfinished work. They sent just one cleaning "technician", who turned up 90 minutes late and stayed a mere 2.5 hours. Some outstanding jobs were completed, but overall, the clean remained unfinished. Do not use this company.

Overall the best
I was looking to get simply one couch cleaned. Friendly, honest (which is rare), affordable service is what I got. I will refer my friends and I will keep their number for future needs. Thank you.

reasonable prices
I was looking for a good cleaning company to work with, than I found Brighton Cleaners.They did an amazing job to clean every thing at my house. We are very satisfied with them, we would recommend this company to every one.

Really good service
I really delighted by the cleaner service.The girls were very polite (explaned me everything), very professional(everything that had to do was looking perfectly after they were finished with it ) and also very hard working ,they worked around 3 hours without stopping even to smoke ! I want the owners to know that they have amazing staff !!

Fantastic!
I would say anything but fantastic cleaners, fantastic service and the most important thing - fantastic prices. I am very pleased with everything these people provided. I could not use all of the services they offer but what I tried - I am satisfied with it. Soon I will certainly use the other ones. Recommend them!
