Vila Nova - Vinho Verde
This is a delightfully light and refreshing white wine. Its first taste has a tantalisingly fresh tingle that stimulates one's curiosity. Then its fruity flavour gently opens and develops into a clarity that has lingering lemony overtones. It went well with poached salmon
