table top ordered -2 day delivery promised-payment taken immediately. No delivery 2 months later. Emails not answered and phone calls not answered and no response to threat of legal action. Surely the police must be aware of these criminals. Do not trust some of the dodgy positive reviews. I wish I could give a zero rating to these thieves!

This is not a legitimate business. It’s just a bunch of con merchants who take your money end of ! Nothing but Scum. It would be good to get address from company house and all the customers they owe money to pay a visit.

This company also trades as Home Shop Catalogue. Their service is appalling. Here is my story. Placed an order with Home Shop Catalogue on 29 January 2020. The debit card payment was taken from my account on 3 February 2020. order did not arrive. After 10 days I looked up my order on the website and it said it was ready for dispatch. It still did not arrive. I checked back in the following days and the same message came up I then tried to call the telephone number on the website. The message on the answer machine was that they preferred to respond to emails as it was more economically efficient for them. I then emailed them on 13 February 2020 asking for an update on my order. They did not reply. On 18 February 2020 I emailed to say that as I had not heard from them I would be initiating a chargeback on my debit card for the mount in question and would be outlining my experience of their service on all available websites. I have done so his morning. I don't know if these people are crooks. It is evident, however, that their customer service is shockingly bad. I would recommend avoiding them and going elsewhere for any proposed purchase.

I placed an order for some plates from the pubshop online catalogue. I paid extra for express 3-5 days delivery and I am still waiting for my goods or some communication from the company over a MONTH later!!! I think this firm must be a con.

I ordered beer and wine glasses on July 3rd in good time for a party this coming weekend (July20th), taking into account their advertised delivery timescale. I have sent three emails and made several phone calls, but have had no reply, and am fobbed off by an answerphone saying that they are shortstaffed etc etc. I have had to purchase the glasses elsewhere. I have written to Mr Symes, a Director according to the published company information, requesting a refund, but am not holding my breath!! If I'd read the reviews on this site before placing my order, I would not have done so. How is a company like this allowed to remain in business?!

I wish not to give any start at all. they are full of scam and doggy business. paid £79 for the item after a month did not receive any product. call them 3 times in between. really hard to get them on phone. they do not even bother. Beawar of this scam. they take the money and do not deliver. 4th time I called them and cancel my order but almost 2 weeks did not get my money. luckily I paid through PayPal and raised a dispute. avoid this company. I have seen all the review, not sure how this company still open. it should have been shut by the trading standard.

The ignore answerphone messages , ignore emails and dont return calls . 2 weeks for an order still not arrived to be told its " downstairs" which i dont believe. I am going to the Police over them and the fraud team as they need to be stopped and should not be trading but they must be making a mint out of the vulnerable by taking money and not providing goods

I ordered stools from these a** holes. After one week I emailed them asking politely when I can expect delivery....no answe...again after a week I emailed them back....no reply. Tried to phone times and at normal trading hours but no answer. Left a voice mail but no reply. After finally realising iv been ripped off I phoned my bank and filled out a fraudulent transaction request. This is now being dealt with and I should receive my money back. My advice is DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES YOUR MONEY!

I ordered goods from them, which didn't turn up within a couple of weeks. So I phoned them and asked for a refund. Was told that was fine, but since then I've had no refund, no replies to my emails, and couldn't get hold of them on the phone. Useless!

Still waiting for an order after 2 months. Despite speaking to the owner Mark Rust who still takes orders online the goods didn't turn up. Order was £450 of goods. Phones no longer being answered but they will still send you invoices if you email an order in. Research online now shows they have a history of this. Check there FB page and Twitter - tip of the iceberg. Do not touch this company.
