The concept of Cook 2 Go came about after dealing with many recruitment agencies that provided staff which ‘just made up the numbers'. Most of the time only worrying about the wage they would recieve and having no regard about the quality or service that they provided. I have personally worked as an agency chef and have had many years as a Head Chef in top restaurants using agency staff. And was shocked to see the quality of the staff that some companies would provide. Not to mention the work ethic of some staff that really couldn't wait to ‘get out of the door!'
