A real pain to deal with

The worst payment company i have had the misfortune to deal with. A painter/decorator by trade. Did some work through an agency and have spent a month trying to get holiday pay that they kept back and are making a real task of giving to me. They texted me to call them to register and it cost me a lot of money to get an answer service to say operators were busy. When i finally managed to get through i had to endure an age of nonsense about the hours i'm working etc so they could give me an estimate of what i would be earning. Something i said i didn't need as i would only be working a week max and didn't know from day to day what hours i would be working. This didn't deter the irritating voice on the phone from droning on for most of my lunch break trying to give me a hypothetical take home pay. Cheers for that. Trying to upload documents onto their website was a nightmare with the added nuisance of repeated texts telling me to upload my documents to their website so i could be paid. A month on i'm still trying to get the holiday pay they took out of my wages,something i didn't want and asked for it not to happen but they still did it. They won't give it back but insist on calling me which is the last thing i want as i'am so fed up of them texting and calling needlessly when all they have to do is pay me. Seriously avoid these if you can. I turned down extra work from the agency purely because of the aggravation i have had trying to get registered and paid. £22 for this service is daylight robbery.
