The most unprofessional business I have ever come across. The service was poor; the cleaners negligently broke my vacuum cleaner. The owner, Mr R Daniel was completely dismissive of my complaint and suggested that I was lying to him. In subsequent correspondence he was rude, insulting and sarcastic. All this over a £50 vacuum cleaner! Hire this company at your peril…
