Poor commitments to bookings
We booked hire of a cherry picker and confirmed with client to be told that they were not collecting from the site a few days before the job. No apology or explanation. When I asked whether there was any commitment to honour bookings their response was, “there is usually but not on this one”. No explanation was given for how you could tell and the service was nothing short of rude. If it hadn’t been for a local company stepping in I would have had to have some very difficult conversations with my clients. Avoid using if you want to keep your customers.
