Absolute horrible people who only rob, lie and cheat there tenants and all the local authorities and councils allow them to do it as they own so much housing there considered valuable its a joke really because the conditions are worse than prison, they do no risk assessment or checks as to who your living with and don't care whether your needs are affected by any of this they literally just want there rent and will even go as far as to try take more than what there owed or should be asking for and anytime you disagree or have any issues with this they will turn on you and do things that are illegal like void your licence when you have not breached it or owe them anything and then make you homeless and demand ridiculous sums of money to go into another room and then because I couldn't raise those funds they left me on the streets and moved someone else into my room and my bed aswell as units never to be seen again they literally are scumbags who think because they own so much they can just lord it up and treat people like scum with no consequences because local authorities and councils won't risk losing them as there considered valuable i mean come on I paid £450 a month for a room the size of a prison cell and a house that had rats/mice, when approached and asked how they can charge people for all this and how is it fair Mr Hadley Windsor said and I quote "your entitled to £449.99 housing benefit so that's the price" I mean how the council don't check these properties and question there ethics is beyond me because even I know that all there doing is draining and reaping in maximum pay out from peoples benefits and literally all these people live in different size rooms and houses in piss poor conditions and the council pay for it and never check if its sufficient or suitable for living and they certainly don't do this because if they did there's just no argument for the complete disregard of tenants and how bad they are treated and how expensive it is for such vile accommodations. Hope one day use get what use deserve I think its safe to say as well that no one would lose any sleep over it given how many people use have made homeless over the years but onwards and upwards all the best thanks for an awful year.

Renting out property in bad condition and ignorant staff
I have been with several landlords and letting agents in the past and these are the worst by far. Darren Windsor said (and I quote) "I'm only interested in the money". When I rang them up to tell them about several problems with the flat, Darren just hung up on me. There is mould on the walls, cooking facilities don't work properly or not at all, taps are leaking and the heating doesn't work (and it's winter). When I came to view the property it was a mess but Darren Windsor said it will be tidied when I move in, however this was never done and the first thing I had to do when I moved in was clean up someone else's mess. I suppose it is cheaper than hiring a cleaner after all Darren did say he was only interested in the money. There is a vile smell of dog urine at the bottom of the stairs which has been there before I moved in. I have spent a lot of money just trying to get rid of it but no luck, the floorboards need replacing. My advice to anyone who is thinking of renting a property from them is don't. They seem good before you move in but once they have you tied to a contract and have your money they don't want to know about their responsibilities. If you're an hour late with your top up / rent they're straight on your case even though there are problems with the property. I was asked for my top up even though I paid it the day before. I rang Darren and asked him why, he said it was a mistake on his part but this was when I started to tell him about the problems with the flat and he hung up on me and didn't want to know. So all in all stay away from them and do not rent property from them they only care about the money and not the tenants or the property. This has been echoed by many other tenants of theirs, past and present. when I tell people I have rented a flat from them they say they feel sorry for me, Windsor Estates has a very bad reputation in the area and I've seen why first hand.

Serious lack of communication.
