The Kingswinford Guest House is an 8 bedroom family-run hotel situated in Garfield Road which runs adjacent to the main Esplanade Road and opposite Paignton Green and the sea front. A coach services available from the West Midlands, coach depot 2 mins walk. We are fully insured and hold a full fire certificate for your safety. The guest house enjoys a regular repeat trade and a warm and friendly welcome awaits all our guests both old and new and don't forget we are open for most of the year for those short breaks in the Spring and Autumn.

The bedrooms consist of double, family and twin rooms. They are spacious and comfortably furnished. All are en-suite and recently refurbished. The bedrooms have LCD colour TV's with freeview, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, ceiling fan and tea/coffee making facilities. The bedroom on the ground floor is disabled friendly.

The Kingswinford Guest House is delightfully furnished to a very high standard and has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Situated on the level, opposite the Pier, access to the seafront and its blue-flag beaches is just short stroll.

The Dining room has also been refurbished to a high standard, with a relaxed atmosphere and has separate tables. For your convenience crockery, cutlery and glasses are made available for those who wish to bring food into the hotel for their evening meal (by prior arrangement). A good quality english breakfast is served daily, vegetarian option available.

The guest house is set in a terrace overlooking a quiet park, with the Harbour and the new Apollo nine screen cinema showing all the latest films near by. The greatest plus is the Princess and Babbacombe theatres. Our very own Palace Theatre which host all the summer shows just a few minutes walk away.
