The Guest House

A beautiful Victorian guest house offering friendly, informal bed and breakfast accommodation in Lynton, Exmoor National Park. Situated on a hillside overlooking the tranquil, wooded West Lyn valley, yet just a stroll away from Lynton and the South West Coastal Path - perfect for nature lovers.

Our Rooms

Spacious en-suite rooms with beautiful views over the valley below, all with flat-screen TVs, mini-bars and towels. Wifi, toiletries, mineral water, beverages and biscuits are included to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Private balconies and wet rooms are available.

Location

Perfect for exploring the beautiful twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, and Exmoor National Park. The stunning North Devon Coastline and the South West Coast Path are but a stone's throw away, making Woodlands the perfect stop for cyclists and walkers. Woodlands is a walking and biking-friendly guest house. We have secure storage and a pressure washer for our guests with mountain bikes to use free of charge, and sports massage to relax weary muscles after a day out on the hills. Packed lunches and evening meals are available with notice.
