I provide professional Clinical Hypnotherapy to clients throughout Devon and Somerset. I use a form of Hypnotherapy called Solution Focused Brief Hypnotherapy together with CBT and NLP techniques. Both of which i have qualifications for relating to Hypnotherapy. This form of Hypnotherapy is highly effective and does what it says on the tin - in a relatively short number of sessions. I specialise in Hypno Gastric Band, a very effective form of weight loss without surgery and Stop Smoking therapy which is a highly efficient way of stopping without the dreaded downside of suffering cravings. I help you, the client to re-educate your mind to give you the tools to run your life how you Want to run it in a positive, relaxed way. ... The Positive way Forward...
