All reports provide clear recommendations and guidance towards remedying any defects identified, including the need for any further investigations or additional specialist input. Alex Rosen Associates Ltd also offers a structural design service for all types of projects including new builds, extensions, conversions, alterations and refurbishments in both the private and public sectors. We have particular expertise in domestic extensions, alterations and loft conversions. In addition, Alex Rosen can act as Party Wall Surveyor for either a building or an adjoining owner or as an agreed surveyor for both parties. Based in Exeter, we work throughout Devon, Dorset, Somerset and East Cornwall.
