Golfers need to be athletes
My 15 year old daughter, with a golfing handicap of 4.5 started with James 18 months ago, and loves his no nonsense approach to not only core fitness but also all her dietary needs and well being. He has been able to tailor her exercise programme to suit requirements and competition diary. I would completely recommend James no matter what sport you follow, nor what age you are.
