Williams Arms - good food, poor service
18 of us had lunch at the carvery on 10 April. The pub looks great outside and in. Unfortunately, the service really let down the enjoyment of the meal (but was still included in the bill). Specifically 3 of the childrens meals arrived late as did two of the drinks; staff seemed frosty and unfriendly, and when asked why there was no turkey included in the carvery when this had been asked for and promised the day before, the attitude was too bad, there's nothing we can do about it. The food was tasty enough, but wouldn't go back on account of the service.
