We would like to say a big thank you to Pat and his team for the excellent work they carried out on our house. Pat arranged everything including layout drawings, building regulations, electricians, plumbers, roofers, scaffolders and any other necessary contractor. All the work was carried out in a very professional manner. We would recommend Pat and his team to anyone interested in getting a loft conversion and have, in fact, had 2 close friends who have had Pat convert their lofts.
