What a rude plaice!
I ordered food for myself and family and left most of it because it was undercooked and greasy. I complained to the owner who wouldn't accept there was anything wrong. She was abusive and aggressive. I stood my ground but she then called for the other staff who were equally insulting, shouting swear words in front of other customers, many of which were children. Clearly these owners do not know how to treat customers.

Ouch! what a terrible owner!
I bought some fish and chips from this restaurant and they tasted far too greasy and bland. I complained but the lady owner was rude and refused to accept there was anything the matter. Later I saw her being just as obnoxious to someone else, even taking it out on to the street where she swore and physically pushed the customer away from her premises. Avoid at all cost! There are far nicer chip shops in Bakewell!
