Field House Hospital is a residential care unit with accommodation for 10 men. The hospital provides specialist, longer-term treatment and continuing healthcare service for older men with a learning disability. Patients may also present with co-morbid conditions including mental health problems, personality disorder, forensic issues and physical health problems.

Field House is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is able to accept patients detained under the Mental Health Act, including Restriction Orders.
