The Cumbria office of Clever Tutors is a professional provider of private one to one home tutors in a range of school based and professional study subjects in Carlisle Penrith Kendal and the surrounding area.

The Cumbria office is run by Dr Alan Watson a professional educationist who holds both a BA (Hons) degree and a PhD in education. Dr Watson has a passion and a professional approach to learning and strives to ensure all students achieve their best whatever their ability. In addition Dr Alan Watson is a qualified and registered social worker with the HCPC (Health and Care Professional Council for England) and has worked with student social workers and student nurses in their education and professional development. Dr Alan Watson also holds a Dip SW PG Dip SW and MA in social work.

We offer tuition at a variety of levels including: primary secondary A-level and undergraduate/degree level tuition. Our tutors specialise in a wide range of disciplines from the core subjects of English mathematics science and languages to sociology history and psychology.
