La Venue boast two Coffe Shops in Whitehaven. One of them boasts a much wider menu to cater for th lunch business. The other offers coffee and light bites. Both of the cafes are excellent. The service in both shops is lightening quick, people are not kept waiting for their food for very long in either. The food is good and is excllent value. Soup and a baguette costs just £5 and is more than enough to fill you. In the larger shop the menu is extensive with a good variety of dishes. The coffee served is also excellent. The shops open from 8am in order to cater for people going to work. A large bacon or sausage roll is excellent value at £1.40 although the speed of service in the morning can be a little slower. In summary: I have always enjoyed any food I have purchased from La Venue and it is always good value. I would reccomend it over all the other cafe's in Whitehaven
