Listing vehicles incorrectly without mentioning “undiagnosed noise from engine bay” Kenny Mentz whom is the manager hides behind terms and conditions and is a pathetic excuse of a manager. If you have a complaint , include nigel.paget@copart. Com jane.pocock@coprt. Com Name and shame Copart Peterlee whom do not update vehicle information. The manager had not updated a auction listing on a vehicle to mention “engine noise”. This information was only kept internal and not provided to customers which therefore affected bidding. Disgusting service. Resolve needed!!
