Awful Customer Service
Shocking products and customer service. I recently bought a fancy dress costume via Go Brands/The Hubs on Amazon. Not only was the costume an expensive piece of tat, the customer service was appalling when I contacted them to enquire why they were advertising free returns and not offering a free return. Quite simply awful customer service.
