rude staff
harts cafe are very rude with no smiles they blammed us for their mistake with the food order and in fact the chef got aggresive and loud and we had to report her to her boss

they made a mistake with our order and then blammed us for it with very aggressive behavior which came from the chef it all seemed to much trouble for them to put it right.i will not use their place again they have been very rude to us and purely aggresive

Good Food - Shame about the rude new staff...
Really good food, just a shame that the newer staff don't have the people skills that the original staff have! A simple request of asking if I can have a drink in a takeaway cup, seemed like too much of an issue for one of the newer staff - 'I've already poured it!' in an aggressive way! Some serious attitude issues going on! Will make sure I go in when she's not there from now on! Other than that, loving the new layout and new foods.
