Very incompitent and rude personnel
Having just moved to the UK I came to this particular vet clinic with a simple question of registering my dog in the national data-base. The person in charge refused to deal with me, not having a slightest clue of how the process of chip registration works in the UK. Instead of admitting her incompetence she chose to be abusive and ended up shouting "Go back to your own country". I have lived in various parts of the word before and moved with my dog for the last 8 years between Africa, Russia, France and Czech Republic and have never come across such an appalling, poor, aggressive and discriminating attitude.
