We found these kennels online as we were looking for somewhere wonderful to leave our beloved old english Yogi and Coconut and Elsa our Newfie puppy. We had never left them before and wanted somewhere they would be given lots of love and attention and treated as we treat them at home! Rachel was absolutely brilliant with them, giving them lots of individual attention so that they would settle in, sticking to the same feeding and snack routine to what they were used to at home, nothing was too much trouble and she treated them like they were her own! We can't thank her enough, and now we feel we can leave them to have their own little holiday when we need to without worrying if they are ok.
