About Marianne

Marianne Kjølstad Robson, a journalist and page designer by trade, is now using her creativity to make unique bespoke jewellery.

The mother-of-two has a passion for gemstones which she uses alongside genuine pearls and 925 sterling silver.

Marianne, originally from Norway but living in North-east England, draws inspiration from the beautiful scenery of her home country - from snow-capped mountains, glaciers and frozen lakes to deep, blue fjords, green forests and the vibrant colours of the stunning Northern Lights.

The jewellery maker loves working with the different colours and textures of real gemstones... and although there are some good copies out there on the high street, you can't beat the feel and weight of the real thing.

Marianne creates bespoke pieces of jewellery for everyday wear or for a special occasion and can offer a made-to-order service if a customer likes a certain design but would prefer a different colour/gemstone or other changes.

All the pieces are hand-crafted using top quality gemstones,
genuine pearls and 925 sterling silver (with the exception
of some of the bracelets, where stated).
