brilliant service

I have been having reception problems for a while now...I live in a valley and cannot even use a mobile phone at home. I called them on a sunday afternoon and they promised someone would call at 2.00pm on monday to survey, and, if possible, would fit me a digital aerial with the guarantee of reception there and then. Not only did they fit my aerial [which is brilliant] but they re-adjusted my Sky dish [it has been adjusted or 'repaired' 7 times before with little success] and that is also brilliant. I could not have been more impressed with the level of service and professionalism shown by the 2 engineers who did the job. The word is round my village now as I was not the only one who had problems with reception. Great price also and I would recommend them whole-heartedly.
