Very caring and professional vets
I took my Jack Russell dog to Derek after having been to three different Veteninary Practises, all telling me that his cough was nothing to worry about. Even though it turned out he had lung cancer, Derek gave him another 18 happy and pain free months with us. Would not consider any other vet in the future

Simply The Best
There is no better vet. They are efficient, polite, will always see your pet as soon as possible (they always have an appointment that day). My cat had a problem with multiple food intolerances which in the end got so bad that he had to be put to sleep, but they always treated him extremely well, with respect and dignity and always going the extra mile to find new hypoallergenic foods for him to try. I have a healthcare business myself and have learned many lessons from these guys.

Excellent Vets
We have been taking our dogs, cats and rabbit to Copeland since it opened at Ingelby Barwick many years ago. We have since moved out of the area but have still continued to go there. We have had other vets over the years but none as good as Derek, Penny, Rob and the team. We have had good times and bad times but they have always been there for us. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!
I have been taking my pets to Copeland's since they opened their surgery in Ingleby Barwick. Derek was my animals' vet at his previous surgery and I moved with him. At this surgery you can guarantee the very best for your pets. I had a rabbit with severe teeth problems, numerous vets told us to put him to sleep as nothing could be done, under Derek's care he had a very happy 10 years!
