SCAMMER! - AVOID!
This trader offers a discount if you pay by bank transfer. Don't be an idiot like me and fall for this. This means you have way less chance of getting your money back. I don't know whether this is a genuine business trying to source products from a third party after you place your order, which causes delays, or whether they have no intention of sending the goods in the first place. What I do know is that it is incredibly difficult to get your money back when things go wrong. The trader's replies, when they eventually arrive, are full of excuses and contradictions, much like those in their responses to the bad reviews below, and seem to just be an attempt to buy time and hold your money longer. I have reported to Trading Standards and suggest you do the same if you're having the same issues. They can't get your money back, but they will investigate the trader and can take action to shut the business down if enough people report them.
