TERRIBLE SERVICE
This is a terrible company avoid at all costs. Once they have your money you won’t see them again if there are any problems with the installation. The FENSA warranty isn’t worth the paper it is written on.

FOBBED OFF
Very disappointed. I had patio doors replaced by this firm on November 28th 2011. Made the mistake of paying by cheque on same day. Installation faulty. Door makes loud squealing noise when opened, large scratch on glass and piece of plastic coming off. Phoned company on December 1st, 5th, 12th, 19th each gave promise of a visit and repair. NO ACTION. I've been fobbed off. Will have to pay another company for the repair and sue for return of money.
