Issue after Issue with our sofa
We have had to report them to our credit card company after having so many issues with our sofa. After 3 repairs they offered a refund in writing then refused to do it. Despite asking for the warranty and guarantee information they continuously won’t send us the information. We’ve had an independent upholsterer look at the sofa who advised that it is really badly made. Terrible stitching with holes between each stitch, its no wonder it keeps tearing. The studding detail isn’t straight and has missing pins, they also aren’t hammered in correctly. Overall an awful experience to deal with
