Typical British performance
Initially told 4 to 6 week delivery. Production was 10 weeks and delivery 6 weeks after that. And no communication this is exactly why British producers lost out to the Japanese and German manufacturers absolutely rubbish

Excellent price and service
Just had my large bay window double glazed. After looking round and getting quotes from loads of companies i decided to go with sterling. Sales guy come out explained everything in detail an answered all questions, got my quote of £620, (over £900 cheaper than every other company). A few days later they surveyor come out measured up and helped me pick out the best design for my window (please note you have to pay £30 cash to the surveyor that day). After this I got my date for the fitters. Really nice guys, very professional and didnt moan when my old window wouldnt come out, very clean and tidy. Overall excellent service, price and pleasent staff. Very pleased

I purchased 3 windows and a door 10 years ago one of the windows misted up they came and replaced it a day before the 10 year gaurantee was up a very genuine company Thank you very much Peter
